Mechanical (non-electric) Parts
The limited, non-transferable warranty for mechanical parts, excluding electrical component parts, is a 1 year warrantyon mechanical component parts and life-time warranty on the mechanical frame parts from the date of purchase against all material and manufacturing defects.
Electronic Components
The limited, non-transferable, warranty on the electric component parts is a 90-day warranty on all electrical components against all material and manufacturing defects.
Commercial – Business Use

Warranty Claim Procedure
All warranty claims must be made to International Surrey Company in writing my mail or electronic mail to info@internationalsurreyco.com. Any part on which a warranty claim is being made must be sent to International Surrey Company at claimant’s sole cost and expense to the address provided by International Surrey Company in its reply to the notice of warranty claim. For all warranty claims, International Surrey Company will determine in its sole and absolute discretion whether the claimed failure or defect was due to a (i) manufacturer / material defect or (ii) unintended use / misuse. If International Surrey Company determines such failure or defect was due solely to a manufacturer or material defect and not unintended use / misuse, International Surrey Company will replace such part at no additional cost to you, other than the expense for labor (if any). If International Surrey Company determines such failure or defect was notsolely due to a manufacturer or material defect, International Surrey Company will return the component or frame part to the claimant at the claimant’s cost and expense and offer a replacement part at the then current sale price.
Other Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
All other warranties, express or implied, statutory and otherwise, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are specifically disclaimed. Damage or component failure from normal wear and tear and/or misuse, casualty or other damage is specifically excluded from the Warranty. This warranty does not include any labor cost in connection with repairing, replacing and maintaining the Product.
Warranty information may be provided with individual products when shipped. To the extent other representations and warranties contradict these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
International Surrey Company Ltd. offers a Fringe to Tires extended warranty to non-commercial, consumer users. Terms and Conditions of the Fringe to Tires extended warranty are set forth separately in its on agreement at the time of purchase. To the extent, terms and conditions in this Terms and Conditions contradict the Terms and Conditions of the Fringe to Tires extended warranty, the Terms and Conditions of the Fringe to Tires extended warranty shall prevail provided that the Fringe to Tires extended warranty was purchased by buyer at the time the product was purchased. If, however, such purchase was not made, these Terms and Conditions prevail. To the extent terms and conditions on these Terms and Conditions supplement the Terms and Conditions of the Fringe to Tries extended warranty, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellations
Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstance after items have shipped. All clearance item sales are final and cannot be cancelled even in cases where an acceptable substitute was accepted by the buyer.
Product Acceptance and Return Policy
At Delivery
At delivery buyer/buyer’s authorized agent shall inspect the box(es)/crat(es). If there is any damage to the exterior of the packaging, buyer/buyer’s agent must make detailed notes on the shipper’s document that requires signature. If the damage observed is major and likely caused damage to the product inside the box/crate (very rare), buyer/buyer’s agent is advised to refuse the shipment causing it to be returned to seller. If the product is accepted, detailed photographs should be taken of the damage to the product packaging. If buyer/buyer’s agent fails to make written notes of the damage to the box/crate and take photographs of such damage, buyer waives its right to make claims against the shipper and shipping company.
After Delivery – Return Procedure
When the shipment is accepted by buyer/buyer’s agent, buyer is assuming the risk that there could be latent damage to the product. Seller will assist buyer in reasonably addressing any damages to the product. Buyer agrees to provide photographs and written descriptions of the damage. Seller will be provided a reasonable amount of time to provide assistance.
If buyer wants to return the product for any reason, buyer shall have ten (10) days from the date that buyer/buyer’s agent received the product to return any non-clearance item. If buyer elects to return the Product within the ten (10) window, buyer must contact the seller for a return authorization number prior to return. Buyer must return the item in its original crate or box wrapped in its original wrapping. Buyer is responsible for all damage to the item on return. Buyer is also responsible for all freight and shipping expenses to and from buyer’s address. Buyer shall be responsible for a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee of the total price paid for all returned items. Total price includes the costs for the items, services and freight charges. Charges shall be deducted from the original amount paid to calculate the refund. Failure to meet any terms and conditions of this return policy extinguishes buyer’s right to make a valid return.
